I called for a status and almost ended up paying 2 labor fees because your techs took it upon themselves to put tires back on before a sensor arrived. Then they did not even attempt to fix the issue with one of the remotes that does not work. I feel like as a woman that I am treated differently than my husband. My husband is a retired mechanic and the way we get spoken to is not very nice.

Brian keeps me informed of any servicing or maintenance that my vehicle needs. I know that I can trust him to take care of my vehicle. That’s why I keep coming back.

Had an appointment at 1 pm. For oil change & tire rotation. Also dealer installed a recall regarding owners manual. I was there for 2 hours. I just didn’t think it would take that long. Next time I won’t wait for service to be done. I will get a ride home
