    I was met by a man who had zero tolerance for someone who had never been thru the process. He was rude and condescending. I apologized to him and explained that I had never done this before and needed guidance.

    Very pleasant in Service Department. They great you and discuss what service you need. Eric is very good and makes sure you are comfortable while waiting. Of course my saleswoman always greats you when waiting. Victoria is the best!!!
